Despite the “racial reckoning” of 2020, many nonprofits remain unable to access the tools, resources, and networks needed to impact communities of color. The recent backlash to diversity, equity and inclusion efforts has only compounded existing issues within philanthropy, leaving many organizations searching for answers.
